He also assists companies, particularly Franco-Swiss ones, in international tax law with their investments in the Lake Geneva region, and more broadly internationally.

Clément PEDRON has developed particularly sharp expertise in the taxation of Franco-Swiss cross-border commuters (fiscal and social regime).

He practices both in litigation (tax audits, tax procedures) and in advisory services, where he works to demystify taxation (income tax returns, tax consultations, regularization of foreign accounts, international successions, etc.).

He cooperates closely with accountants, notaries, wealth managers, and fellow lawyers to pool energies that are always beneficial to his clients.

After several years at Fidal and Brocard Avocats, Clément PEDRON founded the law firm BACHMANN & PEDRON AVOCATS in October 2023 with his friend and partner Adrien BACHMANN.

He joined the ARTEMIS network in October 2023.

Clément PEDRON is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF), the Lake Geneva Business Association (ADEL), and serves as a board member and assistant treasurer of the CARPA of the THONON Bar Association.
