Aurélie Roche has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005 and is currently in the process of registering as a lawyer in Haute Savoie.
She assists companies in labour law as well as compliance and integrity. She advices human resources directors and upper management, through consulting engagement as well as litigation.
Over the last 15 years, she has been serving large companies and SMEs in many sectors, including the pharmaceutical and construction industries.
Aurélie Roche can advise you on any matter thorough the execution of the employment contract, from the drafting of the contract to the compensation and benefits plans and the termination of the employment relationship, including when the employee took on a corporate mandate. Mrs Aurélie ROCHE also pleads before the labour court as well as before the judicial court (social security litigation).
She is also an experienced public speaker, providing customized or of the shelf trainings.
Aurélie Roche has a dual training in French labour law (University of Paris II, France) and international compliance (University of Fribourg, Switzerland).
